That the Sd Sr Wm Moore< no role > did of the wth Febr
1720 did not a Summons To Mr Dortisme in
High Holbourne pish monger and Constable
and to Mr Richard Sandford< no role > at the Golden
Syon in Little Given Sreet directing them prsonally
To appear before him at his Lodgings in Bucks
-ingham Court in Whitehall the day after To
answer what he had To object agt [..] (whereby
her [..] second to take upon him To Judge on his own cause
and [..] for the sd [..] sine To
Qring with him a warrant wch he had wt
Eliz. Moss< no role > the Sr Hey Hall James Shelton< no role > and
Eliz. Langley< no role > was that on the 25th of the

another Sumons directed to ye Sd Mr Stanford
and his wife To appear before him [..] on
ye 27th of ye sd Month To answer ye Sd Eliza.

Consempt in disobeying his former Summons
(in wch former Sumons the Sd Stanford wife was not included)
in neither of wch Sumons any particular
cuase was assigned, nor any oath made
as aperars to ground them upone

February 1720 Discharge out of She House of
Connection in Clerkenwell [..] Eliza, Childe< no role > and mark Ker [..] Commi [..]
the Same day by Joseph Haynes< no role > Esqr . for being
Loose Idle by taking bail for the appearance at the then next Sessns of ye [..] for this County disorders woman, taken ye [..]
before wanding the Strodts & Ead [..] ing to pick
up men and otherwise mistetravingthemselfethey
and [..] So he pect to hard Labour untill discharge
by the Course of Lune;by taking bayl So her
appearance To answer ye sd Charges at there then wife
Sessions of the peace for this County To answer
the Sd Complaint,

That the Sd Sr Wm, Moore< no role > did Grant Severall
Sumons and Warrant against one John Bonf [..]
for having two wives and afterward being him
Custady upon an agt for debt Sent for the Sd Bonfeild
and desiret him to he come his bagl and offers to

baited and discharge many prsons Committed by
other Justices without Consulting the Sd Justices
or endeavoring So to de; the Cowbary of wch
Rusteen often and Eamertly Recomended by
this Court to all Justices with form [..] on
