Noe Prisone. (agt. whom a Statute of Bankrust hath been awarded)
to have any benefit by the Act

The Prisonr. is to deliver in a Schedule of his or her whole estate,
& the names of his or her Severll. Debtors. & their names
& places of aboad, & of the Severll, Sumes of Money from
them Secured, & owing upon any Spialty, contract or
other acct. & of the witnesses who can Pve such debts
or contracts (if there be any Such)and to Subscribe
the Schedule in open Cort. and make Oath & Sweare
to the effect as in the Ac'tJ:A:B: doe Etc

in more then £50. for debt, besides intert. damages & costs of
Suit to any one Pson,
