Upon mocon made unto this Court by Mr. Northey
of Councell for the Sd. Defdt. who stands bound by
Recegnizance to try his traverse at this present
Sessions upon an Indictmt. preferred against him
for an assault upon Martha Locksley< no role > Spinster with
an intent to ravish her, It is Ordered by this Court
that the sd. Recognizance be respited and that the
said traverse be tryed at the next Sessions of
Oier & Terminer to be holden for this County at
Hickshall in St. John Street in the sd. County on
Tuesday the eighteenth day of April next
at ten of the clock in the forenoon, And due
