James Tyton< no role > Junr maketh Oath That On
Saturday the 14th. Instant he applied himself
to Mr. Paxton to know if there would be any
Psecucon against John Pilgrim< no role > for Speaking
Seditions Words or if the said John Pilgrim
might be Discharged of his Recognizance this
Sessions That the Sd. Mr. Paxton answered this
Depont. that [..] he had no Instructions to the
Contrary as ye & if he had no [..] further instruccon
the said John Pilgrim might be Discharged
That he this Depont also left notice in Writeing
at ye house of ye Sd. Mr Paxton in Old Southton
Buildings this Day about one of the Clock in the
afternoon ye purpose of wch. was that the said John
Pilgrim would appear this afternoon at four of the
Clock in this Court in Order [..]
of the Sd. Recognizance of a Copy of wch notice
is hereunto Annexed
