Tohisthe Right Worshipfull his Majesties Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex at their General Quarter
Sessions of the Peace now holden at Hicks Hall in St John
Streets in the said County

The Humble Petition of Francis Lafarge< no role > of the
Hamlett of Spittlefields Barber Surgeon

Sheweth


That your Petitioner's Apprentice Simeon Rabi< no role > was this day
Croughts before Isaac Tillard< no role > Esqr one of his Majesties Justices of the
Peace for the said County of Middlesex by Vertue of a Warrant
from the said Justice for running away from your petitioner and
absenting [..] his service and being an Idle and Disorderly
Person whereupon the said Justice did bind by Recognizance [..]
your Petitioner's said Apprentice to answer the same at this General
Quarter Sessions of the Peace And your said petitioner together with
his said Apprentice [..] being now presents and being both willing to be
Discharged the one from the other most humbly prays that this
Court would now Discharge your Petitioners said Apprentice [..]
from his said Apprenticeship or make such order touching the
Premisses as this Court shall think fit

And your Petitioner Shall ever Pray Etc
