to the sd Towne of Harwich
as the place of her last
legall Settlemt. And that the Petrs. find themselves
aggreived by the sd order of removeall, and appeale
to this Court against the same Forasmuch as this Court
is well Satisfyed that the Petrs. cannot be ready with their
witnesses to prosecute their said appeale at this present
Sessions It is at their request Ordered by this Court that
the benefit of the said appeale be saved unto them,
and that the hearing & determining thereof be adjourned
untill the next Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace
to be holden for the sd. County of Middx, And that the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the sd. parish of st. John of Wapping
upon notice of this Order & all other
persons concerned doe attend his Maties. Justices of the peace
for the sd. County of Middx at the next Generall Quarter Sessions
of the peace to be holden for the same County on the first day of the
