Sessions

The Humble Peticon & Appeale of the Church
Wardens & Overseers of the Poor [..]
of Rumford in the County of Essex

Humbly Sheweth


That By an Order under the hands & Seales of Laurence Saints< no role >
& Gwynn Vaughan< no role > Esqrs two of his Maties. Justices of the Peace for
the said County of Middx. Grace Wingfield< no role > widow & William
Wingfield
< no role > her child aged about five years were removed from the
parish of Staines in the County of Middlesex aforesaid to Rumford
aforesaid as the Place of their last legall Settlement wth. said Order
beares date the tenth day of September last

Yor Peticors thinking themselves aggrieved by the Order
of the said two Justices humbly appeale therefrom
And Pray that this Court will Please to Order a day
for the Sd. Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the
said Parish of Staines to Attend this Court to hear
& abide the Judgement & determinacon thereof touching
this Appeale

And Yor Petr as in Duty Found Shall ever Pray Etc
