Judgment of the said Four Justices humbly appeale
to this Court against the same and pray that the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish
of Tuddington
& all other Parties concerned here in
may be Ordered to attend this Court some day this
Sessions to hear & abide ther Judgment & determinacon
of this Court touching this Appeale
