four of the Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County of Middx
(Quorum unns) bearing date the Sixteenth day of september last
Robert Seacole< no role > Anne< no role > his wife with Joseph Seacole< no role > John Seacole< no role >
& Mary Seacole< no role > their Children were Passed from the Parish of
Tuddington to the Parish of St. Andrew holborne above the Barrs
as the Place of the last Legall settlement of the said Robert Seacole< no role >

Your Peticoners find themselves aggrived by the
Judgment of the said Four Justices humbly appeale
to this Court against the same and pray that the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish
of Tuddington & all other Parties concerned here in
may be Ordered to attend this Court some day this
Sessions to hear & abide ther Judgment & determinacon
of this Court touching this Appeale
