is convicted upon an Indictment agt him for a trespass &
misdemeanor, is fined for the said offence two pounds thirteen
Shillings & four pence and comitted to New prison att Clerkenwell
in this County untill he pay the same then to be delived
paying his Fees vys

Nixon< no role > hath pleaded not guilty to an Indictment agt him for
keeping an ill governed and disorderly house and is remanded and
comitted to Newprison aforesaid for want of sufficient sureties for-
his appearance att the next genall quarter Sessions of the peace to
be held for this County to psecute his traverse upon the said Indictmt
to remaine till he findsussuch sureties before John Milner< no role > and
John Ellis< no role > Esq rs or either of them, to whom it is recomended and
referred to approve of aim take such sureties, then to be delived
if detained for noe other cause paying his Fees 4s-8d: & 2s:
Clerks Fees: Itt is ordered that a note of the names of the bail-
shall be given to Nathaniell Chandler< no role > gentl High Constable of Holborn
Division and notice of the time appointed for takeing thereof by the
said Justices, or either of them; that he may inquire into the sufficiency
of the said intended sureties & be prsent att the takeing thereof:
