Whereas Complaint hath been made unto us whose
hands and Seals are hereunto Sett two of his Majesties-
Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex (Quorum
unus) by you the Churchwarden and Overseers of the
Poor of the Hamlett of Bethnall Green in the parish
of St Dunstan Stepney als Stebunhealth in the said
County That Frances Bell< no role > being between Nine and
ten years of Age is lately come into your Said Hamlet
not having any legall Settlement there and is now
likely to become chargable thereunto And that her
Nathaniel< no role > and Mary Bell< no role > her father and in other as
of one away and do abscond themselves so that they
be found And Whereas upon Examination
the Premisses and of Robert Cock< no role > taken before
upon Oath We the said Justices do Adjudge the S [..]
to be true And do also adjudge that the Liberty of
Great Tower Hill in the Liberty of the Tower of London
is the place of the last legall Settlement of the said
Frances Bell< no role >

These are therefore in his Majesties
Name to will and require you the Said Churchwarden
and Overseers of the Poor of the Said Hamlett of
Bethnall Green forthwith to remove and convey-
the said Frances Bell< no role > from out of your Said Ham-
lett unto the sd Liberty of Great Tower Hill in the-
said Liberty of the Tower of London and her to
deliver unto the Overseers of the Poor there who are
hereby required to receive and provide for her
according to Law Given under our hands and Seal
this fourteenth day of May in the Sixth year of
the Regin of King George Anno Dom 1720
