And being Committed to Newgate
where I have Came ever since in ye Common
Side in a very poor Condition being
destitute of any friend nor any releife
but ye allowance of ye prison and have
a great Charge to maintaine yt are
pensling for want

And by Petitioning have gotten my
fine remitted only lyes for ye Court
fees, and ye per of this place Sev
humbly implore you will take my
poor Cate will my distressed family as
forgive the Court Charge ye I may
be sett att Liberty through Wch means
you will do a ye peise of Charity and
will bind me Nine ever to May
for you and rest
