It is Ordered by this Court that it be And It is hereby-
recomended & referred unto Alexander Ward< no role > Esqr . one
of his Maties. Justices of the peace for this County to peruse
& inspect the accompt of William James Atlee< no role > Gentl
late high Constable within the Hundred of Elthorne
is this County touching the moneys by himreced &paid
for passing of Vagrants, and to examineand to examine if any &
what sume or sumes of money have been by him reced
for passing of Vagrants and how he hath disposed thereof,
andif any & what sume or sumes of money are due & payable
or are reasonable to be allowed to the sd William James
Atlee< no role > upon his said accompt or if any & what moneys ought to be disallowed him thereuponor whether any & what
sume of money is remaining in his hands,And to
reporta state of the sd accomptshis opinion to whing the premisses unto his Maties. Justices-
of the peace at the next Generall Sessions of the peace to-
