These are to give you notice that I intend to appeare at the
Sessions of Oyer & Terminer to be held by adjournment at Hicks
Hall in St John Street in & for the County of Middlesex on Wednesday
next at Ten of the clock in the forenoon, And then & there try
my Traverse upon the Indictment prefered against me for receiving
five Trusses of Hay of your Goods & Chattells knowing it to be
Stolen Dated this twenty fifth day of April Anne Dui 1720
