Depnts. are informed) was Indicted for Perjury at the last Sessions
held at Hickses hall in And for the County of Middlesex and who (as
these Depnts. are Likewise Informed) hath been since Bound over
with Sufficient Suritys Personally to Appeare at the next Sessions to
be holden for the Said County of Middlesex to answere to the sd.
Indictment now is and for this five days now last past hath been
very dangerously Ill of a fever and therefore is not Able to take
a journey to London or goe from his home in Severall dayes to Come
without Great danger of Looseing his Life as these Deponts. Doe
Verily beleive.
