about the houre of eight of the clock in the forenoon give notice in
writeing to William Hucks< no role > Esqr at his house [..] which is now building
in great Russell Street Bloomsbury (who is prosecuter in this cause)
That the Defendt. Richard English< no role > would appear in this Court on this day &
try his Traverse upon the Judictment preferred against him for [..]
receiveing five Trusses of Hay of the goods & chattells of the Said
William Hucks< no role > knowing it to be stolen A true Copy of the notice
being hereunto annexed
