Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the sd. parish should
attend the Court to shew cause why they refused to reimburse
the Petr. the aforesaid moneys due to her said [..] late
husband, And whereas by order made at the same
Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace being holden
for the sd. County by adjornmt. on the seventeenth day
of January last upon heareing of what was alledged
on behalfe of the Petr. (the Overseers of the poor of the
said parish being present in Court) It was recomended
unto Richard Browne< no role > John Fuller< no role > & John Whethain< no role > Esqr .
three of his Maties. Justices of the peace for this County
inhabiteing in or neare the sd. parish of St. Mary Islington
or any two of them to convene before them the Churchwardns.
& Overseers of the poor of the sd. parish & all other [..]
persons concerned, And to peruse & inspect the accompts
of the sd. Isaac Freelove< no role > touching the moneys by him
reced & paid for the releife of the poor of the sd parish
dureing the contunance of his sd. office of Churchwardens
and to see if any & what Sume of money was justly di [..]
to the sd. Isaac Freelove< no role > upon the ballance of his said
accompts, and if any & what part thereof was paid to
him in his life time or to the Petr. since his decease, And
to make such order for the releife of the Petr. in the prmisse
as should be just & agreeable to law, or else to certify
their opinions therein unto his Maties. Justices of the peace
at the then next Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace
be holden for this County, to the end such [..] further
order might be made as should be just And where
the time limitted by the sd. recited order for transacting [..]
matters therein contained was by order made at the
Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace holden for this Court
by adjournt. on the seventh day of April now last pay [..]
enlarged untill this present Generall Quarter Session
of the peace held for this County Now upon informacon
given unto this Court by the Petr. that the aforesaid and
of the sd. Isaac Freelove< no role > are not yet fully adjusted by
