to law, And Upon heareing of what was insisted on by
Councell for the Inhabitants of the sd. parish of st. Giles
without Cripplegate & alsoe by Councell for the Inhitants
of the sd. parish of Alhallows Lombard street, For that it
appeareth to this Court that the sd. Elizabeth Ebrall< no role >

said two children were last legally settled in the said

This Court doth
disallow of the said appeale and doth ratify & confirm
the aforesaid Order of the said two Justices of the peace,
And doth require the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor
of the sd. parish of Alhallows Lombard street & all persons
concerned to yeild due obedience thereunto.
