named doe attend this Court on Tuesday next att ten of
the clock in the forenoone and that they doe then P dace to
this Court the licenser to them respectively granted for
Selling of beer ale or other liquor in the respective
house wherein they now dwell, if any Such Licenser
they have, or if they have not any Such licenser then
they are required to Show cause unto this Court att the time
aforesaid why they take upon themselves to Sell Beer ale a
other liquors by retail without licence granted them for
purpose
