That by a Passe Warrant bearing date the Nine and twentieth day of October
last Under the hands and Seales of John Fuller< no role > and Alexander Ward< no role > Esqs
two of his Maties Justices of the Peace for the Said County of Middlx (Quorum
Unus) Amy Button< no role > Widdow of Thomas Button< no role > deceased was removed
from the parish of Hornsey in the Said County of Midlx to the Said parish of
Ewelme as the place of the Said Thomas Button< no role > . last legall Settlement

Your Peticoner's finde themselves Aggrieved by the Indgment of
the Said two Justices Doe appeale to this Court and pray that
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poore of the Said Parish
of Hornsey and all other person's concerned may be Ordered
to Attend this Court Some day this Sessions to hear and Abide the
Judgment and determinacon of this Court touching this appeal
