To the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the
Parish of St: Margaret Westmr. in the County of Middx And
to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the
parish of St. Martin in the Fields in the Said County and
Liberty and to oath and every of them.

Whereas Complaint hath been made unto Us two of
his Majesties Justices of the peace for the City and Liberty of Westme
aforesaid (Quor unus) By You the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the poor of the sd. Parish of St: Margaret Westmr. That Anne Heron< no role >
Widow is intruded and come to inhabite within your sd. parish of St.
Margaret Westmr . contrary to Law and that She is
become chargeable to the sd. parish.

And Whereas it also appears unto Us upon
Examinacon touching the prmisses taken before Us upon Oath and
other Circumstance that the last legal Settlement of the said Anne
Heron< no role > is in the sd. parish of St. Martin in the Fields within the sd.
County of Middx and Liberty of Westmr .

Wee the sd. Justices Doe therefore Adjudge the sd. parish
of St. Martin in the Fields in the County of Middx and Liberty of Westmr.
aforesd. to be the last legal place of Settlement of the sd. Anne Heron< no role >
And Wee Doalso Adjudge that She isbecome
chargeable to the sd. parish of St. Margaret Westmr .

to require you the sd. Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of
the sd parish St. Margaret Westmr. to remove and convey the sd.
Anne Heron< no role > Widow Out and from yor. said parish Unto the sd.
parish of St. Martin in the Fields And her deliver unto the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor there or some or
one of them Who are hereby required to receive the sd. Anne
Heron< no role > Widow into their Care and provide for her according
to Law Hereof fail notice you will Answer the contrary
