Know All Men by these presents that Mary Rouge< no role > of the parish
of St. Paul Covent Garden in the County of Middlesex Spinster hath made
Ordained Constituted and appointed and by there presents doth make order in
Constitute and Appoint Edward Webbe< no role > and Thomas Penson< no role > both of Grays
Inne in the County of Middlesex gentlemen her true and Lawfull Attorney
and Attorneys Jointly and Severally att the generall Quarter Sessions of the
peace to be held for the said County of Middlesex next after the date hereof
for her the said Mary Rouge< no role > and in her place in open Sessions to Subscribe the
name of her the said Mary Rouge< no role > to such Registry and entry as shall be made
by the Clerk of the peace of and for the said County of Middlesex on his
Lawfull Deputy of her name and Estate in certain Messuage or
Tenements in the said County of Middlesex in Such book or books Roll or
Rolls as by a late Act of Parliament intitled an Act to oblige Papists to Register
their names and reall Estates is or are in this behalf directed to be provided
and Kept by Such Clerk of the Peace And the Sd. Mary Rouge< no role > dock hereby
further Authorize her said Attorney and Attorneys or one of them to doe or
procure to be done or her the said Mary Rouge< no role > all such other Matters and
things as are or may be requisitt and proper to be done for the due or
Registering her name and estate according to the true intent and meaning
of the Said Act of Parliament and what her said Attorney and Attorneys
or either of them shall lawfully doe or Cause to be done in or about or
the premisses the Sd. Mary Rouge shall and will Ratify Confirm and allow
of as if she in her own proper person had done the same In Wittness or
whereof the Sd. Mary Rouge< no role > hath hereunto Sett her hand and Seal
the Seven and Twentieth day of September in the year of one Lord God
