Be it Knowne to all people by there presents that I Henrietta
Copley
< no role > the widow & Relict of John Copley< no role > late of the Parish of St Clement
Danes in the County of Midx Esqr Deced Have by this my Warrant of
Attorney under my hand and Seale Executed in the presence of there or
more Lawfull Witnesses made Authorised and appointed & in my
place and Stead put and by there presents doe make Authorize and
Appoint and in my place and Stead put my trusty freinds William
Roberts
< no role > and William Norgate< no role > both of the parish of St. Olaves
Southwark in the County of Surrey Gentlemen Joyntly and Severally
to be my Attorney and Attorneys and I doe hereby give them or
either of them full power and Authority to subscribe my name to
such Registry or Entry as shall be made of my name and reall
Estate in the County of Middlesex in a Book or Books Roll or
Rolls kept in that behalfe by the Clerk of the peace for the Same
County in the presence of two or more Justices of the peace for
the said County of Middlesex in open Sessions the words of
which Registry are already Delivered to the Clerk of the peace for
the County aforesaid or to his Lawfull Deputy to the Intent that
the same shall be Registred at the next Generall quarter
Sessions of the peace to be Holden for the said County of Middlx
in obedience to an Act of Parliament Intitled an Act to
Oblige of Papists to Register their names and Reall Estates and
thereto remaine upon record. And I doe hereby Authorize and
appoint any said Attorneys or either of them to pay all Such
Fees as are Due upon Account of my said Registry and to Doe
all and every such other Act or Acts as may Compleat the same
according to the true Intent and meaning of the said Act of Parliament
In witness where of I have hereunto Sett my hand and Seale the
twenty fourth day of September Anno Dom one Thousand
Seaven hundred and Seventeene
