Know all Men by these presents that I Elizabeth Heveningham< no role >
of the parish of St. Martins in the Fields in the County of Middlesex
Spinster , have made appointed & in my place and Stead putt, and
by these presents do make appoint and it my place and Stead putt
Reimerd Watkins< no role > of the parish of St. Andrews Holborn in the County
of Middlesex Gent , my true and lawfull Attorney for me and in my
place and Stead, at the General Quarter Sessions to be held for the
Said County of Middlesex, in open Sessions to Subscribe my name
to the Registry or Entry to be made by the Clerk of the Peace for
the said County or his lawfull Deputy, of my name, and all Lands
tenements & hereditaments, Scituat lyeing being and ariseing in the
Said County, whereof I the said Elizabeth Heveningham< no role > am, or
any other person or persons, in trust for me or for my benefit or
advantage is or are Seized or possessed, or in the receipt or perception
of the Rents or profits, in pursuance of the Late Act of Parliament
intituled, An Act to oblige Papists to register their Names and real Estates,
and of another Act lately made for explaining thereof and for enlargeing
the time for Such Registring; And also for me to make due
application tender and paiment to the said Clerk of the Peace or his
Lawfull Deputy, for Entring the said Registry of my, Name and
Estate. And I the said Elizabeth Heveningham< no role > do hereby further
Authorize my said Attorney for me and in my Name and place to do
execute and perform all and every other Act and Acts, thing and
things, necessary for makeing and perfecting Such Registry and
Entry, and whatsoever is required or directed by the said Acts of
Parliament or either of them, as fully, to all intents and purposes
as I the said Elizabeth Heveningham< no role > might or could do if personally
present. In Wittness whereof I the said Elizabeth Heveningham< no role >
have hereunto Sett my hand and Seal this first day of October in
the year of our Lord God one thousand Seven hundred & Seventeen
