with many other of the Inhabitants of Wappin
Stepney in the said County of Middlx

Humbly Sheweth

That your Petitioner are all of them charged the poor
Rate in the said Hamblet more then they are able to pay
and bear and are charged much more in proportion then
many other of their Neighbours by which they think they
are very much aggreived

Therefore humbly pay that as the said
rate hath been made ad charged upon
them by such persons as are not charged
equall to some of them nor the rest of yor
Petitionr in proportion to them that you
will be pleased to appoint some day this
present Quarter Sessions for the Church
Warden & Overseers of the poor of the said
Hamblet of Wappin Stepney to attend this
Court to abide by the Judgemt. of the same
as yor. Worshipps in yor. wife Judgemt
shall soe meet
