County of Norfolk Gent the Prosecutor in this
cause Maketh Oath that he this deponent
having upon Oath [..] before Mr. Ward one
of his Maties Justices of be Peace for the
County of Middx charged the deferdt.
Riddlesden with forgery and deceiving or
defranding this deponent of severall Bills,
Bonds & other papers of great concern, tee
said Riddlesden was bound over to appear
at this present Sessions of the Peace held at
Hicks Hall: And this depont. further saith
that the Crimes for which the said Riddlesden
was so prosecuted as aforesaid were (as this
deponent hopes to prove by Sufficient evide [..]
comitted in the County of Surrey .
