of St. Katherine in this County against the Rate made for
releife of the poor of the sd. precinct in the yeare one
thousand seven hundred & Sixteen comeing on to be
heard before his Maties. Justices of the peace for this County
assembled at the Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace held
for the sd. County by adjornmt. on the twelfth day of October
now last in the presence of Councell for the petrs. & alsoe of
Councell for the then Overseers of the poor of the sd precinct
but the matter in question not being then determined, And the samematter of the
said peticons & appeale
now comeing on to be determined
by this Court at this present Quarter Sessions It appeare
appeareth to this Court by the informacon of Joseph
Hayne

noties [..] Justices of the peace for this County inhabiting
neare the said precinct of St. Katherine that they
have examined the complaints of the Petrs. and
perused the Rates for releife of the poor of the said
precinct for the yeares one thousand seven hundred &
fifteen and one thousand seven hundred & sixteen
And that they have fully heard the Overseers of the poor
of the said precinct for the yeare one thousand seven
hundred & sixteen & a great many others of the antient
