Whereas the Churchwarden & Overseers of the poor of the
hamblett of Hammersmith in this County exhibited their-
humble peticon & appeale unto his Maties. Justices of the peace
for this County assembled at the last Generall Quarter
Sessions of the peace held for the sd. County by adjornmt. on
the twelfth day of October last setting forth that by warrant
Under the hands & seales of Richard Woodward< no role > & Moses
Good< no role > year Esqrs . two of his Maties. Justices of the peace for the-
said County (Quorum unus) beareing date the seven &
twentyeth day of August last one Martha Crosby< no role > with
her three children Martha < no role > Elizabeth < no role > & Susan < no role > were
passed from the parish of Fulham in the sd. County to the
said hamblett of Hammersmith as the place of their last
legall settlemt. And that the Petrs. thought themselves
aggreived with the Judgmt. of the sd two Justices and
Appealed against the said warrant, And by Order made
at the sd last Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace held for
this County by adjornmt. on the sd. twelfth day of October-
last as aforesaid the hearing & determining of the said
appeale was adjorned untill this present Generall
Sessions of the peace held for the said, County, Now
upon applicacon made unto this Court by the said
Appellants to have the hearing of the sd. appeale further
adjorned This Court upon severall reasons offered Doth Order
that the benefit of the said appeale be saved unto the said
Appellants, and that the hearing & determining thereof be
further adjorned untill the next General Quarter Sessions-
of the peace to be held for this County, And that the Churchwardns
