the sd. County (Quor unus) [..] bearing Date the Eighth Day of
[..] December last Robt. Monday< no role > with Ann his < no role > wife & their
Six Children Mary aged< no role > 21 yeares Susanna 8< no role > yeares Robt. 7< no role > yres
Johanna 4 < no role > yres John 3< no role > yeares & Edwd. one< no role > yeare were removed
[..] from the pish of St. Pancrass in the sd. County to the sd. Pish of St-
Clemts. Danes of the place of their last legall Settlemt

That yor Petrs. doubt not but to make it appeare that the sd
Robt. Monday< no role > wth. his wife & Children hath not any legall Settlemt.
in their sd. Pish & humbly appeale from the Ordr. of the sd. two
Justices unto yor Worspps

Yor. Petrs. Therefore most humbly pray yor
Worspps will be pleased to appoint a short
day for the Church wardens & Ovrseers of the
poor of the sd. pish of St. Pancrass to attend
yor. Worspps & to abide such Ordr. as shall
he made upon hearing of this appeale
