In Pursuance of Severall Orders of Sessions held
for ye said County these are to Certifie his Majesties
Justices of ye Peace at their Generall Quarter Sessions
held this fourth day of October 1716 . for ye said County
that we whose hands are hereunto set. two of his
Majesties Justices of ye Peace have Examined into ye
truth of ye Complaints of ye severall Petitioners hereafter
particularly Menconed and in their Respective Petitions
set forth wth. seaverall Petitions are by orders of this
Court Referred to us and others his Majesties Justices
of ye Peace for ye said County or any Two of us and upon
hearing all Parties Concerned and what was Alledged on
both sides it is our joint Opinions as followeth Vizt:
