Justices granting of licences to sell ale or beer by Retail & putting in execucon divers penal laws & statutes
against persons liveing remote from them and in such Divisions & parishes where the characters & substance
of the persons could not possibly be known to the Justices soe acting, whereby it is made difficult for the Justices

their own parishes or Divisions they grant noe licence to any whose licence hath been taken away or supprest
or refused to be renewed by other Justices of the peace without acquainting the Justices of the peace who suppress'd or refused to renew
the same,

That for avoyding oppression by Informers & other great inconveniencys in putting in execucon the laws agt. such persons

agt. persons liveing in distant or other parishes that they doe first direct such Informers to apply to some Justice of the peace within the
parish where the Offender lives, and if noe Justice of the peace lives within that parish then to some Justice of the peace within that Division,

That for the more strict observance of the severall Orders already made or to be by this Court for the better &
more effectually obliging Constables Headboroughs & other Peace Officers to doe their dutys and to see that the laws &
