Upon mocon this day made onto this Court by Mr. Corbett
of Councell for the Prosecutor of an Indictmt. preferred
against John Elliot< no role > [..] William Taylor< no role > & John Elliott< no role > for a riot
& misdemeanour, It is Ordered by this Court that the triall
of the traverse of them the said William Taylor< no role > & John
Elliott< no role > be deferred & putt of untill Friday next at ten
of the clock in the forenoon, and that the said traverse
be then tryed, and alsoe that the sherriffe of this
County doe retorn a good Jury for triall of the said
traverse, unless the said William Taylor< no role > & John
Elliot< no role > haveing notice hereof this present day shall on
Tuesday next in the forenoon shew unto this Court
good cause to the contrary.
