Whereas by Order made by this Court on Monday the third day of
December instant It was Ordered by this Court that the triall of
the traverse ofthem the sd. William Taylor< no role > & John Elliott< no role >
upon an Indictmt. preferred against them for a riot & misdemeanor
should be deferred & putt off untill Friday next at Ten of the
clock in the forenoon, and that the said traverse should be
then tryed, and alsoe that the sherriffe of this County
should retorn a good Jury for triall of the sd. traverse unless
the said William Taylor< no role > & John Elliott< no role > haveing notice of
the sd. Order on the sd. third day of December instant should on
this present Tuesday the fourth day of December instant in the
forenoon shew unto this Court good cause to the contrary
Now upon mocon made unto this Court by Mr. Corbett of
Councell for the Prosecutor of the sd. Indictmt. It is by consent
of Mr. Reimord Watkins< no role > Agent for the sd. William Taylor< no role > &
John Elliott< no role > Ordered by this Court that the said recited
Order be and the same is hereby made absolute,
