Whereas at the General Quarter Sessions of the
Peace held for the County of Middx at Hicks's Hall
in St. John's Street the [..] 2d. day ofAprilJuly Last past
Abraham Kempe< no role > of the Hamlet of Stratford Le
Bon and Oldford in the Parish of Stebunheath
als Stepney in the said County of Middx was
indicted for not Serving the Office of Overseer of
the poor for the said Hamlet And Whereas the
Said Abraham Kempe< no role > is sworn Page of the
Presence in Ordinary to his Matie These are
therefore in Obedience to his Maties Order in
Council dated the 6th. day of December 1714
to authorize & require You to enter or cause
to be entred a bessat processus on the said
Indictment & to stay all Proceedings thereon
till further Order And for so doing this shall
be Your Warrant Dated this 9th. day of
October. 1716 .
