The Humble Peticon & Appeale of the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Giles
in the fields in the said County

Sheweth

That by virtue of an order under the hands & seales of
Alexander Ward< no role > & John Matcalfe< no role > Esqrs : two of his Maties
of the Peace for the said County (Quor unus) Benjamin
Ward< no role > his wife & two children (vizt) Tamasin < no role > aged eight
Yeares & Thomas < no role > aged four yeares were removed from
the Liberty of Saffron hill in the Pish of St. Andrew
Holborn in the said County to the said Parish of
St. Giles in the fields as the place of their last
legall Settlement

Yor. Peticonrs. thinking themselves aggrieved
by the Judgmt. of the said Justices do appeale
therefrom to pray that this Court will be
pleased to order the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the poor of the said Liberty of Saffron
hill in the parish of St. Andrew Holborn
in the said County to Attend this Court some
day this Sessions to hear & abide the
Judgmt. & Determinacon of this Court
touching this Appeale
