The humble petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
Overseers of the Poor of the parish of St Mary Abchurch in
the City of London
Sheweth
That by Virtue of a Warrant or pass Order under the hands and
Seals of two of is Majesties Justices of the Peace for the said County
of Middx and Liberty of Westmr bearing date the third day of this
instant April

was removed from the parish of St
Margarett Westminster
in the said County and Liberty unto the
said
Parish of St Mary Abchurch
London
alleadging the said parish
to be the place of his last legal Settlement That your Petrs doubt
not but to prove That the said
John Cleevely< no role >
never had any legal
Settlement in the said parish of St Mary Abchurch
whereby they
conceive themselves agreived by the said pass order and do humbly
appeal to your Worpps therefrom
Your Petr therefore most humbly prays your Worpps
will be pleased to hear them in the prmisses And that the
Churchwardens Overseers of the poor [..] of the said
Parish of St Margarett Westminster
may appear before
you and hear and abide the determination of your Worpps
therein
And they Shall ever pray Etc
