The Humble Peticon and appeale of the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the poore of the parish of St. Andrew Holborne above barrd in the
County of Midlx

Sheweth

That by Warrant under the hands and Seales of Mich: Crake< no role > and W: Conn Esqrs . two
of his Maties, Justices of the Peace for the Said County of Middx (Quorum Unus)
bearing date the Second day of this instant Month of February William
Gladwell
< no role > aged about forty eight Years and Ailce< no role > his wife with their two Children
(Vizt) William Gladwell< no role > aged about Fouerteen Years and Robert< no role > about thirteen
Years were passed from the parish of St. Martin in the fields in the Said County to the St.
parish of St. Andrew Holborne above the Barrs as the place of the last legall Settlement
of the Said William Gladwell the elder< no role >

Your Peticoners thinck themselves aggrieved by the Judgment of the Said
two Justices doe humbly appeale to this Count and pras that the Church-
-wardens and overseers of the poore of the Said parish of St. Martins
in the fields and all other parties concerned herein may be ordered
to attend this Court Some day this Sessions to heare and abide the
Judgment and determinacon of this Comt [..] touching this appeale

And Your Peticoner (as in duty bound) Shall pary Etc.
