apoor man aged about Fifty nine years and

are come and intruded into the said Parish of St. Martin
in the Fields
contrary to Law And are become chargeable to the
said Parish whereof Complaint hath been made unto us by
you the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
parish of

was last legally Settled in the said
Precinct of the Savoy

to be the place of the last legall
Settlement of the said

and his said wife
And that they are chargeable to the said Parish ofst
Martin in the Fields.
These are therefore in his Majts. name to require &
comand you the said Church Wardens & Overseers of the
Poor of the said Parish of St Martin in the Fields
to remove &
convey the said Robert Batrup< no role >
and his said wise out of & from
your said parish unto the said precinct of the Savoy
and them to.
deliver to theChurchChapple Wardenx & Overseers of the poor there
or to some or one of them who are hereby required to receive
the said Robert Batrup< no role >
and his said wife into their Care
and to provide for them according to Saw Hereof Sailo not at
your perill Given under our hands and Peates the
