the County of Midd.

The humble peticon & appeale of the Churchwarden &
Overseers of the poor of the parish of St
Sepulchres in the Said County.

Sheweth

That Jane Birch< no role > widow was by warrant under the
hands and seales of Joseph Short< no role > & John Fuller< no role > Esqr.
two of her Majesty. Justices of the Peace for the said
county lately passed from the parish of St. James
Clerkenwell in the said county to the said parish
of St. Sepulchres

That the said Jane Birch< no role > never had any legall
Settlement in the said parish of St. Sepulchres
which your Petrs. are read to make appeare to this
Honble Court.

Yor. Petrs. therefore humbly appeale against
the said order and pray your Worsps to be
pleased to appoint a day this pdte Sessions
for determining thereof.
