Whereas Complaint hath been made
unto Us whose Middx and Seals are hereunto Sett
Two of Her Majesties Justices of the Peace for the
County and Liberty aforesaid (Quorum Uuns) by
the Church Wardens & Overseers of the poor of the
Parish of St. Marrets Westmr .in the said County
That Mary Wymondson< no role > Widow is Intruded and
come into the sd. [..] cou [..] to Se [..]
Self there without waim [..] Notic [..] the said
Church Wardens or Overseers of the poor or any
one of them of the House of Per abode in the said
Parish according to the statute in that Case made
and Provided And that She is become chargeable to
the said Parish And Whereas it appears unto
Us the sad Justices upon the Examinacon of the
said Mary Wymondson< no role > upon Oath That Her
late Husband [..] vin Wymondson was born in
play house Yard in the Parish of St. Gyles Cripplegate
in ye County of Middx She furth Saith That Her said Husband
never gained any legall Settlement otherwise then
by his Birth, [..] And that She this Deponent hath
not Since Her Sd Husbands Death acquired a
Legall Settlement Elsewhere Hee do therefore
Deem and Adjudge She said Parish of St Gyles Cripplegate
in ye county of Middx & to be the ple [..] of Her Last Legall Settlement
These are therefore in her Majesties Name Strictly to
Charge and comand [..] and every of You forthwith upon
Sight hereof to re [..] e and convey the said Mary
Wymondson

Westmr . The next & di [..] test way to the said parish
of St. Gyles Cripplegate and Her Deliver into the
Church Wardens or Overseers of the Poor [..] orewho
are hereby required provide for [..] Her according
to Law hereof fail at four Perills Given under
our hands and Seals this Tenth Day of June Anno
Dui 1714 .

To the Church Wardens & Overseers of the Poor of the Respective
Parishes of St. Margaret. Westmr. the County of Middlesex and
St. Gyles Cripplegate in ye County of the Middx to [..] Constables and others
whom there may Concern.
