James Clerkenwell widow

Sheweth

That the poor Petr. is above four scow Your [..] haveing
no had and [..] no way to get a livelyhood is reduced to [..] th Standing
which she [..] stan [..] charged to pay towards the reliefe of the poor of the aforesaid
Parish and [..] being in the least able to pay the same

Therefore yor Petr. humbly prayeth yor Norp conside

you will please to order she may be put out of the
