Pursuant to the direccon of the order within
menconed, wee have heard what was alledged
by the Petr, And alsoe by the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the parish within menconed
and wee have examined into the Rate made for
the releife of the poor of the Said parish and into
the Circumstances and ability of the Petr. and
Conceive that he ought to pay the Sume of Six
Shillings P quarter which is three Shillings & nine
pence in the pound, only towards the releife of the
poor of the Said parish Wittness our hands this
third day of Mach anno Dui 1713.

Hilton
< no role > Esqrs Justices of the peace for this County or any two of
them to Sumon before them the Churchwardens & Overseers [..]
of the poor of the parish of St. Giles without Cripplegate in
this County, and to examin into the truth of the Petrs. [..]
complaint, and to certify their opinions touching the prmisses
within menconed unto her Maties. Justices of the peace
at the next Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace to be
held for this County.
