To the Rt: Worsppll: her Matys Justices of the Peace for the County of Middx

The humble peticon of George Wray< no role > of the
Liberty of Norton Folgate in the said
County.

Sheweth
That on Easter monday last your petitr: was by the Inhabitants of the Said
Liberty maliciously Chosen to Serve the Office of Scavenger for the Said Liberty
That your petitr: is a poor Infirme man and getteth his Living by Driving a
Carroome which he Hireffs of another person for the Carriage of Goods & is
Obliedged to be frequently from home soe that Itt would tend to the ruin of
yor petitr: to Execute the Said Office

That your Petitr: did in October Last preferr his Peticon to this
Court thereby Setting forth that in September Last he was
maliciously Chosen to serve the Office of Headburrough for the
Said Liberty And upon hearing of what was Insisted on by yor.
Petitr: your Worspps were pleased to discharge him from
Serving the Said Office.

Your Petitr: therefore humbly prays yor Worspps
will be pleased to order that such Inhabitants of
the said Liberty as are usually present at the
eleccon of the Publique Officers thereof may
attend this Court some day this Sessions to
shew Cause why he Should not be Discharged
from serving the said Office and that such
other person may be Chosen in his Roome
As unto yor Worspps Shall seeme Meete
And yor Petitr shall ever pray Etc
