Whereas at the General Quarter Sessions of the
Peace held for the County of Middx at Hicks Hall in
St John Street the eighth day of December 1713 Richard
Edwards
< no role > was convcted by his own Confession for
making an Assault upon Sarah his< no role > Wife and
beating and wounding her, and was fined ten
pounds for the said Offence, and now remains a
Prisoner in her Maties Goal of Newgate for the said
Fine. And Whereas her Matie hath been graciously
pleased by her Warrant dated the 19th day of this
instant January to comand Me to cause Satisfaction
to be acknowledged on the Record of the Said
Judgment against the Said Richard Edwards These
are therefore to authorize and require you to
acknowledge or cause Satisfaction to be acknowledged
on the Record of the Said Judgment against the said
Richard Edwards of the said Five And for so
doing this Shall be Your Warrant Dated this
25th day of January 1713 .
