Whereas It was presented unto her Maties. Justies of the
pence for the County of Middx assembled at the last
Generall Sessions of the peace held for the sd County at
Hickshall in St. John street in the same County on
Monday the eighth day of September last upon the oaths
of the Grand Jury then & there sworne to inquire for
our sovereign Lady [..] the Queen for the body of the
said County that a certain publique bridge comonly called
Brentford bridge in the parish [..] of Hanwell in the Hundreds of Elthorn & Istleworth
in the sd. County in the comon high way leading from
London towards Hounslow in the same County which
hath been usually & ought to be repaired & maintained
at the costs of the Inhitants of this County is in great
decay & become very ruinous for want of repaire,
now upon readingofthe said presentmt. & alsoe the
