of her Maties: Justices of the peace for the Countie of
Middlx where of one of the quorum by the Church-
wardens and Overseers of the poore of the
parish of st
Giles without Cripplegat
in the sd Countie of Middlx

into there said parish endevoring to Setle her selfes there
without giveing notice in writting to the sd Churchwardens
or Overseers of the poore or any one of them of the
house of her a bode in the sd parish & she haveing
nothing to maintane her Selfe will unavoidably become
a great Charge to the sd parish of st Giles without Cripple-
gate in the sd Countie (if not Speedely prevented) now
for as much as it appeareth unto us the said Justices
of the peace upon the examinacon of
