The humble Peticon & Appeale of the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of St. Giles without Cripplegate London

Sheweth,


That by vertue of an Ordr. or Pass Warrt. undr. the
Hands and Seales of Sr. Jonathan Andrews< no role > & Stephen Hall< no role >
Esqr . two of her Maties Justies of the Peace for the sd. County
of Middx (Quorunns) bearing date the 12th. Day of January
instant Robert Alcock< no role > & Mary his< no role > wife & Anne their< no role > Child were
removed & conveyed from the Parish of St. Mary White Chappell in the sd.
County to yor. Peticonrs. sd. Parish of St. Giles without Cripplegate
London as the place of their last legal Settlemt.

That yor. Peticonrs conceive themselves aggrieved by the sd.
Ordr. or Pacs Warrt. of the said Justices, and humbly appeale
agat. the Same to this Court.

Wherefore yor. Peticonrs. humbly Pray that you would
please to ordr. the Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of
the sd Parish of St. Mary White Chappell & all other persons
concerned to attend this Court some day this present Sessions
to hear the Judgmt. & determinacon of yor. Wopps upon &
concerning the said Appeale.
