Peace for the County of Middx.

The humble peticon & appeale of George Bell< no role > of the
Parish of St. Giles Cripplegate in the said
County.

Sheweth


That your Peticoner is rated 2s.4d. P Month towards
the releife of the Poor of the said parish for this
present year.

That your Peticoner only paying £6d P Anna rent for
his dwelling house and hehavinghaving a wife & two small
children to mainteyn and being aged three Score years &
having nothing to mainteyn his said family but his own
Labour and industry See that he is not able to pay the
said assessment.

Yor. Peticoner therefore humbly prays your
Worspps wilbe pleased to grant that he may be
discharged from payment of the said rate.
