That Yor Petr is extreme poor, and being aged 80 yrs. and upwards So that he is
altogether past his Labour.

That yor Petr. was taken of paying anything to the poor nor any other taxes
in ye year 1695 As will appear by the Certificate hereunto annexed Therefore
Your Petr. think to himselfe much aggreiv'd thereby that he Should be now
assessed.
