That yor. Worspps were pleased to allow your peticoners

That there was halfe a years Sallary due to your Petr. at
Christmass last and he having been at great charges and
expences in prosecuting Richard Keele< no role > This name instance is in set 4698. and William
Lowther
< no role > This name instance is in set 4699. for the murder of Edward Perry< no role > your Petrs.
late servant and in paying the Surgeon for tureing the
wounds and bruises which yor. Petitoner and his Servant
received at the time the Said Murder was comitted
and your Petr. being at this time in great want of money

wil be pleased to order the payment of his Said
Sallary together with such allowance towards
defraying his said other charges as unto your
Worspps shall seem meet.
