Peace for the County of Midds.

The humble peticon of Thomas Potts< no role > of
the Hamlet of Lymehouse in the said
County.

Sheweth


That your Peticoner is rated One pound Sixteen
shillings towards the releife of the poor of the
said Hamlet for the year ensueing.

That your Peticoner hath susteyned great sesses
whereby he is much reduced and is forced to
betake himselfe to be a day labourer for the support
of himself and family Soe that he is not able to
pay the said rate.

Your Petr. therefore humbly prays your
Worspps to be pleased to mittigate the
said assessment as onto your Worspps shall
seem meet.

And yor. Petr. shall ever pray Etc.
